    What do I do if I get the Blue Screen of Death and Windows XP crashes when I install the dongle or drivers?

1. Go to a restore point before LightWave and the Sentinel Drivers were installed.

2. Check Add Remove Programs to make sure neither are listed.

3. Go to The Rainbow Sentinel Service Center and download the newest Sentinel Drivers.

4. Install these new drivers as directed on screen.

5. After rebooting and reinserting the hardware lock, if the New Hardware Found Wizard comes up, use "Automatic" and the one driver on "C"

6. Reinstall LightWave.
