    What is a DUO dongle?

A DUO, or Dual Mode, dongle is one that will work on either a PC or a Mac.

DUO dongles are only available as a USB-port device.

To tell if you have a DUO dongle, look for the word "DUO" stamped into the plastic of the dongle.
