  Dongle/Hardware Lock
    What does Error 212 mean?

This message usually means that your dongle drivers are not installed properly or have been corrupted, or the dongle itself has ceased functioning. To determine which is the problem, try reinstalling the dongle drivers. If this makes no difference, contact Technical Support about sending the dongle in for repair.
