    How can I switch from a parallel-port dongle to a USB-port dongle?

Contact Customer Service to upgrade from a parallel-port dongle to a USB-port dongle. There is a $29.95 charge for this upgrade, but the charge is waived if you upgrade your dongle at the same time you upgrade LightWave.
