- Launch VT[3].

- Load DDR, VT Edit, or any other device you are going to use to stream.

- Add video clip to DDR, VT Edit, or any other device you choose.

- Launch the streaming icon button. It is the one on the far right and in the middle and looks likes a tripod.

- Hit next again.

- Select NO to encode from selected devices only.

- Hit next.

- Fill in your information and hit next.

- Hit OK.

- Go back to VT[3] and play you video clip or live video.

- Go to Windows Media Encoder and click the connections tab.

- Verify Internet Connection URL and disregard the LAN URL.

- Go to a remote computer with an Internet connection.

- Open Windows Media Player on your remote computer and then go to file.

- Drop down to open URL.

- In the open path, type in your exact Internet URL.  Example:  http://10.28.55.8080/ Your URL will not be this one. Do NOT type my example URL in! Look in your connections tab to see what your Internet URL is.

- Hit OK.

- You should see buffering in your remote computer's Windows Media Player.

- Your clip should now be playing in Windows Media Player.

- You are now done!
